I’m on a mission to change the way the world looks at insect protein — because I truly believe it’s the future of food.

  • It all began when I stumbled across the UN green paper on insect-eating.

    As a keen baker, I had a go at cooking with insect protein myself — and soon realized that this eco-friendly superfood doesn’t have to be ‘gross’ or off-putting. In fact, I was pretty sure I could come up with a recipe for some pretty delicious cookies...

  • After many months of trial-and-error to perfect the flavours (and the cricket powder ratio), I came up with a recipe that I’m really proud to share with the world.

    My Clever Cookie bakes have gone down a treat in pop-up stalls and classrooms alike — and now they’re available to buy online, so you can help spread the word about insect protein, too!

  • I’m so excited to have launched the first ‘Clever Cookie’ product — chocolate and marshmallow cricket cookie baking kits. I can’t wait to bring more flavours and new bakes to the market, to show the world that insects can be delicious as well as sustainable. When it comes to little critters, I’m dreaming big…
